Master Franchising
Master Franchising is the most common approach to entering a new market, and works by effectively appointing a local version of you. Your Master will have the rights to both sell and support Franchisees in the territory.
A traditional way of doing things, and one that historically has commanded a large upfront fee… but one that is changing with the times. We can help you to understand if this is the right approach for you, or if Area Development, Direct Franchising, Licensing or indeed a Joint Venture are more appropriate.
